2014 NATIONAL ANY DOUBLES – HEMET, CA.

The National Any Doubles, with a field of 52 teams, 104 players, was held at Heather Estates, in Hemet, Ca., Mar. 31- Apr. 3. Heather Estates had been one of the venues for the Classic Team Tournament the week before, so the players knew the boards as evidenced by the tight competition, many of the games going to the last hammer.

Hosts, David and Bonnie Miller, ATM and Head Referee, George Hayes, and Head Scorekeeper, Karla Winget presided. The games started on schedule and ran smoothly throughout the week.

Quite a crowd of spectators were present at most of the games, cheering for their favorites, and politely clapping for the rest.
