The Desert Crest Shuffleboard Association hosted the 47th Annual Tournament of Champions at their facility in Desert Hot Springs. Chairperson Linda Nielsen had everything organized so the tournament went off like clockwork. Thank you to Linda, Head Boardman Larry McCulley, Head Referee Blaine Clarke, Head Scorekeeper Diane Miller, the kitchen staff and all the volunteers who assisted to make this tournament successful. This is District 5’s last tournament of the season so it’s always bittersweet as it comes to an end.
