The CSA Any Singles Tournament was held May 12th – 14th in Sun City.  Liz Backus and Dick Massey  [ ATM’s ] oversaw the three day event that had 48 players.  Bridget Gerber [President] was busy attending to any area that needed help.

 

A special thank you goes out to Bill Strange and Bob McGee who went above and beyond the call of duty knocking on local businesses and found over 30 fantastic raffle donations.  Prizes ranged from restaurants [ fast food to sit down] hair salons products , bicycle accessories  to Starbuck’s coffee.   

 

Joanne Strange and Dorthy Schultz did a wonderful job in the kitchen, setting up a great lunch all 3 days.  We want to also tell all the ladies of the club who made sandwiches , salads , vegetable plate , brownies thank you so much for taking the time to prepare the great food.

 

Special thank you to all the members for their help in score keeping.  A shout goes out to Jim , Ron , Lee and Bob for taking care of the board preparations.  George scheduled the referees.

 

Fun was had by all and on the final day the awards were presented by CSA President, Jay Davidson.
